What the Owner says:

This has been a wonderful family home and a place where we have been fortunate to watch our family grow.

We have always loved the sense of space and privacy, with the property tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac, surrounded by mature gardens and adjoining Springwood Park. Despite its peaceful setting, Tonbridge is only a short drive away.

The south-facing garden has been a particular highlight, providing sunshine throughout the day and a beautiful setting for relaxing and entertaining. The garden lighting creates a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings, while the conservatory offers a favourite spot to enjoy views of the changing seasons.

Over the years, the house has adapted to our family's needs, with flexible living spaces and, more recently, a renovated kitchen and utility room. Features such as the inglenook fireplace, double garage, wine cellar and established private gardens have added to our enjoyment of living here.

After 25 happy years and many cherished memories, leaving will be bittersweet. We hope the next owners will enjoy this special home as much as we have.
