Because once you walk through the front door, the house starts to make a lot more sense.

Margate itself is a little further on, while schools and everyday amenities are close by too.

And then there’s the bonus: a garage is included.

With garages locally often commanding serious money on their own, that adds another genuinely useful dimension.

A deceptive little house, a much better interior than you’d expect, and in our view, very difficult to argue with in terms of value for money.

Let us be honest it is tedious and loathsome, unless of course you are the narcissistic type, who loves to wax lyrical about your curtains to any poor f**ker who will listen, then maybe we are not for you either!
