The architectural intervention in question consists in the redevelopment of this historic building dating back to the early 20th century, transforming it into a modern, sustainable residential building with new energy efficiency.
The complex is developed in a horseshoe shape with a central courtyard, a green heart in the centre of Lecco. The villa is accessed directly from the inner courtyard.
