The property has huge scope to modernise and improve, subject to the necessary planning consents, and enjoys a spectacular view of St. Catherine’s Hill thanks to its elevated position. To the ground floor is a generous sitting room to the front with dining room behind. This accesses the kitchen which has an associated utility and workshop (accessed from outside) which could both be incorporated to create one larger space. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen. The first floor is home to three generous bedrooms. Outside, the house is set back behind a small wall with a front courtyard. The rear garden has a terrace behind with steps onto a lawn which is enclosed by traditional brick wall and painted railings, with a mature apple tree and a rear access gate.
