I love that it is near the centre but it is also a quite area I also like that there is a sainsburys near by

Yes. They have been amazing thousands through. Answered all my issues promptly

I wish I knew i had to pay for the BBQ space. It just came as a surprise.

It’s a nice area - and there are plenty of things to do nearby. They also have a lot of amenities that are fun to use, such as pool and table tennis.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been good in responding and quick especially the nighttime staff, including sotiris and dash.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wasn’t aware that you had to pay for parking in the building.

The proximity to city center is amazing and the street in front of Moda NYS is easily accessible to order an uber

Good aspect: living near sainsburys and the playhouse Bad aspect: can sometimes get noisy with the college next by

That there would be no tv provided intially, I had to purchase my own till the building decided to give em a tv one year into living here

The area was a short walk from the city centre, really liked staying here. Lots of local amaneities nearby also

They were very helpful, like I said, Tom helped me with contacting the right departments and have the correct emails

Wish I knew what I could do more in the area, as there is lots to do
