Ref. POUSTE - If you're looking for a 10/10 character house in the South of France, this one really does need to be seen.

This beautiful former winegrower's house in the popular village of Pouzolles has been lovingly and very tastefully restored, retaining all the charm and character you would hope to find in an older French property, while being presented in excellent condition throughout. Stonework, beams, vaulted ceilings and a wonderful old stone staircase combine with bright, comfortable living spaces to create a house that feels immediately welcoming.

One of the things we particularly like about the house is the amount of outdoor space. The Mediterranean coast is approximately 40 minutes away.

There are plenty of character houses for sale in this part of France, but finding one that combines this much charm, this condition, excellent outdoor space, three good bedrooms, terraces, a garden and a huge garage is much harder.
