5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything from local shops, to independent cafe's and main Birmingham town are just on your doorstep. Walkability to get to these area's is amazingly close, with public transport being also just on your doorstep. On-street parking is available, and the area overall is in the middle between quiet and lively.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, with any issues that have been found, being able to log tickets within the Moda App makes everything seamless, with the management company keeping a check on ticket progression
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Fortunately I think having seen the area beforehand, as well as being given an excellent your around, made nothing a surprise whilst moving in.

Availability of transport links is unbeatable and also location of the property being so close to the city centre. Staff such as Musa, Peter, Charlotte and Eve are super helpful and very proactive which makes it even easier when going through a big change like moving.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very promptly and has been very organised and clear since day one.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I could have seen the gym before I moved in. It wouldn’t have affected my decision to move here but it just would’ve been nice however I appreciate I moved in very early so things were being built at the time. However the gym was completed by the 2nd day of my move in so didn’t cause much problem

The area is very convenient overall, with a good range of supermarkets, local shops, cafés, restaurants and bars within easy reach. There are also pleasant green spaces nearby. Public transport links are very good, making it easy to travel into central brum and around the surrounding areas. The street itself is generally pleasant and feels safe. Overall, it is a convenient and enjoyable area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication has been clear and professional, and any problems have been acknowledged and dealt with in a reasonable and timely manner. Eve has been an excellent source of contact and has helped me out a lot.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, though, there haven’t been any major surprises, and I have found the development comfortable and convenient to live in.

Great area near a park and cathedral with many restaurants and the city centre nearby. Friendly, calm, and relatively quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues raised as of yet, there is a central app to raise maintenance requests.

Not much. There were new mattress toppers already provided which was a plus.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Makers Place is in the Jewellery Quarter and while incredibly central is also an oasis in the city. It's steps from Snow Hill station and St Chads tram stop and a 10 minute walk to New Street station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There is a detailed handbook provided when you move in and the Moda Living app is very helpful. I have WhatsApped any questions and had replies in minutes. But we've had not issues that we've needed to raise

I had no idea how good the co-living spaces would be - make sure you see them all when you do a viewing
