5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Located in a convenient area close to Stourbridge, pretty quiet too being tucked away from the main road. Parking is great with designated spaces for tenants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded very fast and reassured the problem would be fixed ASAP
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing in particular that we could think of.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area itself seems safe, quiet and with efficient council services like bin collection. There’s plenty of parking space and neighbours seems respectful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Alicia is my building manager and very reliable. When called upon for basic services like getting the lawn mowed when I moved in or getting my door unlocked so I can get the house keys a few minutes before the taxi arrived to take me to the airport. Both minor and major scenarios she was able to reliably save me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How hot the house gets, this summer was exceptional and very hard to judge until the heat wave hit but air conditioning would need to be considered as a permanent feature in the future.

Make sure you order your bins on time, the wooden fences can sometimes fall off due to strong winds. No biggys!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived in the area for 13 years, and it’s a nice place to live with very few issues. It’s a lot busier than it once was, but that’s part and parcel of it growing in size so much.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team have responded quickly and most problems have been addressed quickly. I have also received chase up emails to make sure any repairs have been remedied.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s not much I didn’t know about the area, as I lived here for 11 years previous to moving into our Placefirst home. I think the annual price increase is hard to deal with currently, but it’s the same for most people.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have found the site well maintained and appreciate the maintenance of the communal areas. Your team are amazing. Parking most people park outaide their home which I can see the advantages of that. It’s a shame I have a van parked outside my living room window most days and weekends so there is no biew I saw the message about the children and their behaviour and sorry to say this is the negative thing about living on the site. Daily up to 9 pm at night children riding bikes and scooters around on the roads am sure there qill be an accident and one qill get hurt. The bigger issue is th noise from them they anour and scream for he on end. This is the worse thing as I hadn’t taken into account when I rented this site. I love the house but seriously considering alternative for the future. Happy to talk more if you are available
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
10 out of 10. Sorted any issues and worked around Me Always helpful and professional
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Demographically info on residents. I have got to know anyone on the air personally. I do think knowing w Jo you are living monger us important ita not just bout the house it’s what are neighbour like. Nothing personal I live on my own so socialisation it’s important to me.
