Approaching from the front there is a pathway leading through a pretty garden to the main entrance, where a handsome front door with stained glass inlay provides access into a welcoming hallway and study space with tasteful wooden flooring. In addition, there are stairs leading up from the hallway to the second bedroom which enjoys a double aspect with a smart feature fireplace and exposed brickwork. A further staircase leads down to the lower ground floor and into an attractive sitting/dining room, with a sunny rear aspect and with the kitchen positioned at the front. Fitted with an attractive matching range of cupboards and drawers, this superb kitchen also features natural light via a lightwell positioned in the front garden.
With views out to the stunning rear garden, the sitting/dining room is a light and calming space in which to unwind. Large glazed doors open out to one of a series of seating areas that form terracing down to the rear of the garden and the detached garage/workshop beyond. Attractive, mature planting creates several zones, whilst a large rainwater harvesting tank to help maintain the plants is neatly tucked away beneath a section of decking.
The detached garage/workshop is accessed via Wolfmere Lane to the rear. This excellent outbuilding has barn-style doors to the front, with pedestrian access from the rear garden. There is power and light, plus a staircase leading to generous loft storage. There is also off-street parking in front of the garage.
