5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is a wonderful area to live in, full of great restaurants, places to eat and other amenities. It’s a mix of old and new - Victorian industry and the 21st century city - and it makes for an exciting mix. Transport connections are a little distant for central London, but the other positives of the area more than make up for it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always. The one bugbear was WiFi. Turning it on and back on again never worked. It’s not powerful enough for the full flat.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Enjoy it! You will miss it when you leave. We only left a day ago and want to come back.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Many shops and placees to eat, friendly and safe neighborhood. Accessible supermarket. Far from tube and transportation is a bit annoying.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes the management is very quick to respond to any concerns and problems we faced as tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing in specific the overall distance of the building from the tube station is far but that's an obvious concern we overlooked considering the buildings's amenities.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s quite conveniently located next to the Thameslink station bridging the distance from central London to zone 3 in about 15 mins. Lots of shops, massive shopping centre, padel spots etc. Location is relatively quite safe with minor disturbances occasionally that are also handled by the on site security.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely prompt, professional and sweet people who offer assistance at any given point.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Constant Disruptions on Thameslink Ongoing Construction

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We’re really happy with the area and feel very lucky to live here. There’s a great choice of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as lovely open spaces to enjoy. Transport links are convenient and make getting around easy. The street is peaceful, clean and friendly, with good parking and very little noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a welcoming area with everything we need close by, making it a genuinely enjoyable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been friendly, professional and very responsive. Any issues we have raised have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. We feel that our concerns are genuinely listened to and taken seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing we wish we had known before moving in is just how enjoyable and convenient the development would be. The community atmosphere, well-maintained facilities and helpful management team have made settling in really easy. Our tip for new neighbours would be to take the time to explore the local area and make the most of everything the development and neighbourhood have to offer.
