May we present to you Broadlake Lodge, a quintessential cottage in the heart of Willaston Village complete with beautiful grounds, a pretty and proportionate plot, and no onward chain...

Located on the corner of Neston Road and Broadlake itself, the cottage holds rich heritage in the village, having served as the former lodge to the main Broadlake House itself built circa 1865.

Park up on the driveway and make your way to the front of the property, past the cottage garden, down the pathway to the porch entrance and in to this charming property. Perhaps more on offer here that expected, there's a good sized sitting room here with focal open fire place and a glimpse of the view to the gardens, and then on again to a secondary reception with shower room/utility off - there's a versatility here which would perhaps suit the downsizers amongst us, and those wishing to future proof with the idea of a ground floor bedroom and en-suite. Whatever the purpose you decide, there's another superb aspect out the garden via the patio doors.
