"If I could bring Ferndale Avenue with me, I would. It's such a friendly and extremely helpful neighbourhood.

I love the fact that the property is on the doorstep to nature (Leyton Flats) and within a 7 minute walk to Wood Street overground or a 20 minute to the Walthamstow tube.

I have loved living here because it offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential street while still being close to everything Walthamstow has to offer.

The private garden has been one of my favourite things about the home. It feels like a little retreat and is a lovely place to relax, enjoy a morning coffee or spend time with friends. The flat itself has always felt spacious, comfortable and full of character.

Wood Street station, local shops and cafés are within easy reach, and it is also convenient for Walthamstow Village, Lloyd Park and the many independent places that give the area its friendly, individual character. There is a real sense of community locally, while the excellent transport links make it easy to travel into central London.
