Description

"We love cozy evenings in the lounge and watching the sunset through the big window. The flat is always bright, cheerful and homely. We love hosting in the flat and it can cope with many people in the lounge due to its size. The spare bedroom is such a lovely space too and we are always happy to have friends and family staying over to make use of it."

The home

A stylish, spacious and incredibly light top floor conversion with a chic aesthetic that blends character and contemporary perfectly. The flat benefits from well-proportioned rooms throughout, arranged around a bright central hallway, that creates a natural sociable flow making the property perfect for couples, sharers or buyers with young children. It also has the unusual and super handy addition of a garage, something not normally seen with Redland conversions. The lounge is large with a Westerly aspect which means it is flooded with light all afternoon into the evening. With a green outlook and views across the rooftops towards Clifton, it's a beautiful room with a calm and tranquil vibe, a great space to hang out or host friends. The separate kitchen has loads of storage and counter space with front facing views across the valley towards St Andrews, perfect for the enthusiastic home chef. The main bedroom has the same aspect and is every bit as impressive, with generous built-in wardrobes and a view of the sunset it's as practical as it is pretty. The second bedroom is also an excellent double, making this home ideal for a broad spectrum of buyers, from those who intend to share, couples who work from home or those with young children. The home is rounded off perfectly by a chic, elegant bathroom with rainfall shower, on trend vanity unit and classic tiled finish. A great conversion in a really quiet spot close to some of the best North Bristol has to offer.

The outside

Accessed off of the rear lane is a single garage with up and over door, and power supply.
