LOCATION

Herbert Woods Marina is ideally situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, within the popular village of Potter Heigham. The village is renowned for its historic medieval bridge, believed to date from around 1385, and Lathams, the Broads’ largest discount store.

Potter Heigham offers a good range of amenities, including two pubs, a coffee shop, tea room and restaurant, a large fishing tackle shop, Post Office and general store, and a fish and chip shop.

From the marina, there is direct access to the wider Broads network via the River Thurne, with cruising routes extending towards Hickling, Ludham, Horning, Wroxham and beyond.
