A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"A great deal of love went into renovating our family home here in the heart of Leytonstone. We created a warm, welcoming space designed for family life, with an open-plan layout centred around the fireplace, perfect for cosy London evenings.

One of our favourite things was walking to the local cafés for coffee and live music on the weekends, then enjoying barbecues and spending time together in the garden, which has been a true labour of love.

Leytonstone offers the perfect balance of nature and city living, with easy access to beautiful parks, Epping Forest, woodland walks, hiking and cycling trails, as well as excellent playgrounds and highly regarded schools. Wonderful local pubs, Stratford, and Westfield are all close by.

Transport links are exceptional, with easy access to three Underground lines and the Elizabeth line, providing fast connections across London and direct access to Heathrow Airport.

This has been a truly special family home, and we hope its next owners will love it as much as we have."
