The Real Estate Agency was born in 1992 in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, in the picturesque medieval village of Monte Castello di Vibio, also famous for the world’s smallest wooden theatre, thanks to the intuition of two young people, Loredana and Massimo, who wanted to create a business opportunity in an area rich in natural and historical beauty, which deserved to be developed touristically.

From the very first years, thanks to our network of local acquaintances, we managed to make our village known, attracting numerous customers from all over the world who chose to purchase a property in our area.

We have collaborated and created synergies with local artisans, and thanks to their skills, the Borgo has been renovated and kept in excellent condition, so much so that it has been included among the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”.

Today, although we are no longer the young people we once were, we are still faithful to our initial vision.

Our agency is mainly involved in the sale of different types of property: farmhouses, villas, flats in historic centres, land, and properties in need of renovation.

Our main goal, however, has always been one: the Customer.

These are some of the principles that guide us every day with pride:

• Realising the Client’s dream of buying the perfect property for their needs, guaranteeing peace of mind. We employ qualified professionals to resolve any problems or irregularities before any offer is made. We then assist our Clients until the notarial deed is signed, at the notary public chosen by them.

• Once the customer has purchased the property, our aim is to make him or her feel part of the Borgo. This is why we organise events to encourage new residents to meet, creating moments of socialising and sharing. It is a thrill to see our Clients, now fellow citizens, sitting together in the main square, enjoying the view with a glass of wine or a coffee in hand.
