The advantage of Longefoy is that you have a genuine year-round Savoyard village rather than a purpose-built ski resort, while the slopes of Montalbert are only 2km away.
The airports of Lyon and Geneva are 185km away and during the winter season Chambery and Grenoble airport also have flights for skiers.
