THE VILLA

The property extends over six floors, served by an elevator. The large panoramic terrace leads to the main entrance and reception area. The historic rooms have been restored through a careful renovation that respects the building's original features, preserving frescoes, period furniture, and numerous traditional Tuscan features, while adapting the spaces to the needs of the current hospitality business.

THE INTERIORS

In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also an ancient consecrated chapel, not owned but available for the organization of private ceremonies.

THE EXTERIORS

The villa is surrounded by an elegant Italian garden of approximately 2,000 square meters, accessed by a grand driveway and nestled in a centuries-old park with cypress and beech trees. The property also includes a 3.5-hectare olive grove.
