Location and Tourism Appeal

This part of Normandy is popular with visitors, with plenty to see and do nearby. Mont Saint-Michel is approximately 26 km away, while the beaches of St Jean le Thomas, Carolles and Jullouville are all within less than an hour’s drive. The area also offers access to the “voie verte” walking and cycling routes, as well as a weekly farmers’ market in St Hilaire du Harcouet.

The property is easily accessible from the UK by ferry, with approximate driving times of 1 hour 40 minutes from Caen-Ouistreham, 2 hours 15 minutes from Cherbourg and 1 hour from St Malo.
