A great safe area to live with local shops like tesco and co-op right around the corner, Cornbrook Metrolink is also a minute walk away

Rarely had any major issues but all small problems were dealt with promptly

All aspects are very good, it’s near the football stadium for myself so i can get to games easily, and public transport is very easy to use and access, very safe and quiet area

Great amenities nearby and only a 20 min walk to Chorlton, 10 min tram to deansgate or 25 mins to Altrincham. Traffic isn’t as bad as I thought when cricket or football matches are on.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If ive raised anything it has usually been resolved within 24 hours.

How good it is to have a parcel room. How quick it is to get the lift compared to other places. The front desk has trollies you can use to move stuff in. How good the lighting is with the big windows.
