5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quiet and convenient for day-to-day living, and Hayes & Harlington station is only a short walk away. The Elizabeth line makes travelling into central London very easy and quick, which is a huge advantage. There are supermarkets and useful local amenities nearby, although the immediate area does not have as many cafés, restaurants or places to explore as some more central parts of London. Overall, it is a comfortable and practical place to live, especially if you value a quieter home environment with easy access to central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication is clear, and maintenance requests are usually dealt with quickly and efficiently. Inga and the rest of the team are also very approachable, which makes it easy to ask for help or discuss anything related to the apartment or the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had realised before moving in just how convenient the Elizabeth line would make travelling into central London. Hayes may look quite far out on the map, but in practice the journey into central London is very quick and straightforward. The immediate area is quieter and has fewer cafés and restaurants than more central neighbourhoods, so it is better suited to someone who values a peaceful home environment and does not mind travelling into central London for more entertainment and dining options.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve now been living at Momento Hayes for a few months, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience. Moving somewhere new can sometimes feel a little strange at first, especially when you don’t know anyone around you, but one of the things I’ve really appreciated about Momento Hayes is how friendly and welcoming everyone has been.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance and repair service has also been very good in my experience. Whenever I’ve raised an issue or reported something that needed repairing, it has been dealt with quickly rather than being left for weeks. A special mention has to go to Emeric, who has been particularly helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed something sorted. It’s reassuring to know that when you raise an issue, someone actually listens and takes action.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amenities are another major highlight. The gym has been incredibly useful and is one of the things I appreciate most about living here. Having a gym on-site means I don’t need to pay for a separate gym membership, which has honestly saved me a significant amount of money. It’s also so convenient to be able to use the gym whenever I want without having to travel anywhere.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is located conveniently, close to either the DLR line or the Canary Wharf tube station. Great food around and very easy for pets with the local access to green space for the dogs.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had any issues or problems, and through the leasing process, if there was any questions I had, they responded quickly and promptly. Very professional and great service.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In a positive way, I did not realize the total package this building had to offer. I only have since realized since moving in how nice it is to have a secure package room and community online app.

Bloom West is in a fantastic location, with everything you could need close by. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and cafés nearby, as well as excellent public transport connections, making it very convenient for everyday life. The facilities are also exceptional. Everything is beautifully maintained and there are fantastic spaces and amenities that really add to the overall experience. A great combination of location, convenience and excellent facilities. We’ve been very impressed!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Can’t comment on that yet as we have just moved in
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing that I can say yet as we just moved in, but everything seems very nice
