5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is lovely, quiet with still a lot of development ongoing at the moment. Haddon is very much a growing area so facilities are mainly in Yaxley which is close by, but I know longer term there will be some added here which we look forward to using! Parking is great and no issues with anything down our street so far!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We reported a handful of issues that we discovered upon moving in, and they have been sorted by the maintenance team which was very good. Any questions we’ve had have always been answered very quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Whilst the development is still progressing, use a postcode for deliveries and instructions rather than just a road name! The road doesn’t appear on google yet so extra instructions are highly appreciated by delivery drivers!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great Haddon is located conveniently close to local shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, outside of occasional construction and parking is no issue due to designated parking spots.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Since moving in Nigel Cherry has been my go to for getting any issues resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would reccomend placing an order for bins as soon as possible as they can take several weeks to arrive.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: Promising area with a very good development plan. Uber delivery arrives in 20 to 25 minutes. 10 minutes Heard about parcels delivery issues but all is fine and on move in date , seen the Royal Mail team doing amazing job delivering to the tenancies. Bad: The are still under development but I think it is going fast. No shops , cafe or restaurant around close to area itself but you can go downtown. You can’t live there without a car , the public transportation might not be inconvenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I reported and they responded with promise and action to do the needful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More information about the area development plan. More information about utilities companies for water , electricity, gas &heating .

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very good access to Yaxley’s local shops and takeaways which is handy and it’s only 15 min drive to city centre. Bad is traffic is pretty heavy from A1 but wouldn’t say it’s major issue
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes but I wouldn’t say I’m satisfied with there answers
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our garden is an issue and because it was laid in hot weather and even as tenants we watered it day and night it died it’s been blamed on us due to lack of water so we now have to replace grass but they won’t accept it shouldn’t of been laid so should of known this

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local facilities are quite good. Transport no problem. Not to sure about shops and stuff although I know there is a supermarket quite close.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had any so far. Things seem to be going very smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A 'delivery box' of some type would be of assistance. I can foresee problems, in the future, with deliveries from Amazon and the Post Office etc.
