Internationally we act for the buyer. We help you shortlist, arrange viewings, put your questions to the local agent in their own language, and stay alongside you through negotiation to completion — while the local agency handles the sale in its own jurisdiction under its own regulation. If a property is not right for you, we will say so.

Our team is multilingual, with particular depth in the French market, and our clients are typically high-net-worth individuals, family offices and overseas investors who want one point of contact rather than a dozen.
