Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Being close to the city is perfect for working professionals. You are within walking distance of everything Cardiff has to offer. Parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a space, which isn't Gramercy's fault but can be challenging unless you are well off.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answered swiftly and made us feel supported with everything we needed!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is the only issue we struggled with and again it is not Gramercy Tower's fault nor responsibility. But we could only afford to live here if we had free parking so it became a bit of a battle to find free spaces in the city. This is only going to get harder with the areas free parking changing from free after 6pm to free after 10pm. I would recommend budgeting for a parking space if you are going to live here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

First week since I moved in and loving it thoroughly. Feels like you are in a hotel. Safety is really good. Feels like home away from home. A good community. Location is superb with lots of eateries close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whatever enquiries I had were responded promptly. I'm just waiting for my balcony key as it cannot be locked as it stands.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I viewed the property I could see the full stadium/playing pitch but unfortunately most of it is now covered by the new hotel that is being built in front of my apartment and blocking my view, which I would have loved being a cricket fan.

    Manager's response

Hi Salman, Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear you're loving your new home and enjoying the bright apartment, great atmosphere, excellent location, and sense of community. We appreciate your feedback regarding the stadium view and understand your disappointment as a cricket fan. Thank you also for recognising our team's responsiveness. We'll continue to work on resolving the balcony key issue as quickly as possible. We're thrilled you'd recommend us and look forward to making your experience here a great one for years to come. Welcome to the Corkfield community!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location right by the city centre, with shops nearby and easy road access in and out of the city. Parking locally can be tricky, but otherwise a very convenient place to stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The app makes reporting any issues really easy, and they’re always quick to get things resolved. The team are incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, making the whole process simple and hassle-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known more about the parking situation before moving in, and I’d also recommend exploring the local area beforehand to get a better idea of what’s nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area with lots going on around it. Good transport links etc & plenty of local amenities to ensure you are sorted

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but they’re at the mercy of the owners I’m assuming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is not all what it says on the tin. Please be wary

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

5 min walk to Oldfield Park train station and 15mins to centre of town. Very bearable road noise, nice green spaces nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn't really experience any problems whilst living at SBY, but the management team were always friendly and happy to chat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our apartment was directly above the roller door for the interior carpark, which was quite loud when opening and closing and took us a while to get used to, although knowing that beforehand wouldn't have changed our minds on living there!

    Manager's response

    Thank you Nathan!
