Description

Set within the prestigious Royal Earlswood Park estate, this beautifully presented ground-floor maisonette combines grand period character with generous proportions and the privacy of its own front door.

The accommodation extends to approximately 882 sq ft, with impressive ceiling heights and character features throughout. A spacious living and dining room provides plenty of room for both relaxing and entertaining, while the separate kitchen is equally well proportioned. There are two bedrooms, including a generous principal bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, while the second bedroom also benefits from its own shower room. A separate cloakroom completes the layout.

Royal Earlswood Park is surrounded by approximately 24 acres of beautifully maintained communal grounds. Residents also enjoy exclusive access to an on-site gym and swimming pool, included within the service charge. The property comes with two allocated parking spaces, alongside additional visitor parking.

Despite its secluded setting, the development is within walking distance of Earlswood station, offering direct services into London, while Redhill town centre and a wide choice of local amenities are also close by.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the development. The spacious landscaped grounds, surrounding areas for lovely walks, secret orchard (plenty of apples) have been enjoyed by friends, family and me. The apartment, one of two on this side of the building, has its own (huge) front door and a lovely south facing garden area which I have used to grow veg and herbs. You would be close to all conveniences - gym, schools, hospitals, shops, town centre, train station - but yet feel like you are tucked away in an oasis of calm.
