Manager's response4Thank you for taking the time to share such lovely feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve found Kampus quiet, well managed and that our team have been attentive and helpful when you’ve raised queries or concerns. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the outdoor spaces, gym and coworking facilities, as well as having Pollen on your doorstep - always a great perk to have! We’re sorry to hear that the condition of your apartment following the previous tenancy wasn’t quite to the standard you expected when you moved in. Area is great! Has good access to everything we need, with plenty of shops and other amenities within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No problems raised. Have only been in the flat for 5 days but from what I’ve seen on the app the process looks very simple.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, the move in process was smooth and reception was exceptionally helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Sainsbury's on site, plus other shops and restaurants. Ocado declined to deliver due to lack of parking near south building. Outside can be a bit noisy, but it's the city centre...
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have tried to raise issues with the use of the bin chutes several times via different channels but I've not had any response and nothing has happened.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There's no Aircon so south facing rooms get very hot in summer...
Manager's response5Thank you for taking the time to share your constructive feedback. It’s great to hear that you’re pleased with the quality of the building, noise insulation, facilities and maintenance, and that you’ve found our 24/7 front desk team friendly and helpful. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve found communication from the management team inconsistent and that you’ve experienced difficulties navigating the resident app. We appreciate you highlighting these areas, as feedback from residents helps us understand where we can improve the overall experience. We are looking to launch a new and improved app in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled for that! We’re also sorry that you haven’t received a response regarding the bin chutes. If you’re still experiencing an issue, please email us at kampuscommunity@greystar.com so the onsite team can take a look. Bin chutes can unfortunately become jammed, sometimes as a result of incorrect use, but our onsite team will clear them as soon as possible once we’re made aware of an issue. We also appreciate your comments regarding the temperature in south-facing apartments during the summer. We have been experiencing a historically hot summer, so we can understand that this may be a challenge during these exceptional periods. The apartments are well insulated, so hopefully you will feel the benefit of this as we transition into the normal traditional cold and wet Manchester winter months! Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope you continue to enjoy the positive aspects of living at Kampus. Thanks for being a part of the community, and for leaving a review!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing local area - loads of bars, cafes and restaurants, and so close to the train station and city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes good, others not great. Can be very slow to get a response or get things fixed. We’re still waiting on getting something fixed that we flagged over 9 months ago
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How the bills work and the monthly events that happen
Manager's response4Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Florence. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the design and facilities at Kampus, as well as the monthly events and our fantastic central location, with so many bars, cafés, restaurants and the station right on the doorstep. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced some delays with maintenance. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you’re waiting for an issue to be resolved or feel that you need to chase for an update. While our maintenance team work hard to respond to and resolve issues as quickly as possible, some repairs can unfortunately take longer where specialist contractors, parts or additional works are required. We’d really like to make sure that any outstanding issues are being followed up and progressed. If you’re still waiting for something to be resolved, please feel free to contact me directly at ethan.burgess-hunt@native-communities.com and I’ll be happy to look into this for you. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for recommending KAMPUS. We really appreciate you being part of our community and hope we can continue to improve your experience.
