Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
First week since I moved in and loving it thoroughly. Feels like you are in a hotel. Safety is really good. Feels like home away from home. A good community. Location is superb with lots of eateries close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whatever enquiries I had were responded promptly. I'm just waiting for my balcony key as it cannot be locked as it stands.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I viewed the property I could see the full stadium/playing pitch but unfortunately most of it is now covered by the new hotel that is being built in front of my apartment and blocking my view, which I would have loved being a cricket fan.
Manager's response5Hi Salman, Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear you're loving your new home and enjoying the bright apartment, great atmosphere, excellent location, and sense of community. We appreciate your feedback regarding the stadium view and understand your disappointment as a cricket fan. Thank you also for recognising our team's responsiveness. We'll continue to work on resolving the balcony key issue as quickly as possible. We're thrilled you'd recommend us and look forward to making your experience here a great one for years to come. Welcome to the Corkfield community!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived here for a few weeks now and the location is perfectly situated near grocery stores and other local shops. If you ever wanted to do your weekly shopping at Aldi, it is across the road which is very helpful if you don't have a car, or only ride a bike. There is a gym located right next to the apartments if you are interested in fitness. If public transport is important, there are bus links close by that can go to the university, further in town, and to other store centers. There are many bin collection sites that are frequently emptied. Sometimes, at night there may be some noise from traffic but I only found it noticeable if the windows were left open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The main issue I had was prior to moving in with some technical difficulties maybe delaying my move in date. There were frequent communication and luckily, the problem was solved such that I could move in on the day. They additionally answered any miscellaneous questions I had in the weeks that I have moved in since.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartment doesn't come with a TV, and that apartments aren't fitted with air conditioning.
Manager's response4Hi Dylan, Thank you for your detailed review and for choosing Corkfield as your first rental home in the UK. We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying the spacious apartment, modern design, convenient location, and the amenities available both within the building and nearby. It's great to know that our team were able to support you through the move-in process and continue to respond promptly to your questions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the TV and apartment air conditioning, as this helps future residents set their expectations. Thank you for recommending Corkfield and for your kind comments about the community, facilities, and customer service. We're pleased to have you as part of the community and hope you continue to enjoy your home.

Absolutely amazing place with the most wonderful and welcoming staff! I love the facilities, the fantastic events, and the overall atmosphere. The Podium Garden is especially beautiful and such a lovely space to enjoy. Keep up the amazing work, guys!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been excellent and very responsive. Any issues we’ve raised have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, often on the same day. We’ve had no complaints and really appreciate how helpful and proactive the team is.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is that the North Car Park can get blocked quite often. It would be really helpful if the app had a calendar showing upcoming events or dates when the car park may be unavailable, so residents can plan ahead.
Manager's response5Hi Chirag, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying your experience at Corkfield Edgbaston and that you're pleased with the apartment, facilities, community atmosphere, and our responsive management team. A special thank you for your kind words about Ellie. We'll be sure to share your feedback with her, and we're sure she'll be thrilled to hear the positive impact she's had on your experience. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding more evening resident events and improved communication around North Car Park availability. Feedback like this helps us continue to improve for our residents. Thank you for recommending Corkfield. We're so pleased you chose Corkfield Edgbaston as your home and look forward to continuing to provide a great experience for you.
