Aubrey Road, Bedminster

"Our favourite pastime is spending a Sunday on North Street where we’ll go to Burra for our favourite brunch, followed by a mooch around the charity shops and then head to the Tobacco Factory Sunday market. North Street is always friendly with a great buzz to it. We also adore putting our wellies on, getting out into nature, and going for long walks around Ashton Court or Leigh Woods, which are only a stone throw away and genuinely feel like an escape from the city."

The home

A three bedroom mid terrace house in Bedminster with great views from the loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a reception room to the front with log burner and bay window overlooking the street. The house then flows through to the dining room with stripped wood flooring and a window over looking the garden. The galley kitchen at the rear is a good size with plenty of units and leads to a utility room with loo. Up on the first floor are two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom and the loft has been converted into a third bedroom.

The secluded rear garden is decked and surrounded by some gorgeous mature shrubs and trees.

Living in Bedminster

Aubrey Road is a residential road in one of the most desirable parts of Bristol. This house is within easy reach of all the amenities of North Street, including The Tobacco Factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, and Spotted Cow, as well as highly regarded cafés such as Sweven, Burra, and Peggys Coffee and Brunch.

Heading further north, crossing the river from Southville, you're less than fifteen minutes from all that Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, with lovely views along The Harbourside. The journey home after an evening in the city is also straightforward and more convenient on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Bristol’s scenic Harbourside offer boat trips and waterfront bars and restaurants.
