    Sept 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is really well located. It is less than a minute away from the train station, with a range of shops just across the road. There are some lovely coffee shops nearby - and, best of all, the Tottenham Wetlands are only a short walk away. And if that isn't enough, there are great connections into various different parts of central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not experienced any problems but, if we did, from our interactions to date I am sure the staff would do what they could to help us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The marketing literature says how impressive the Tottenham Wetlands are, but when you see them in person they are even more special. Such a large calm space with plenty of nature. A real treat, right on the doorstep.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is a culture, food and nature lovers dream. You're spoiled for choice with incredible local coffee spots like Holy Grain and Dear Coco right nearby. For food, Seven Sisters Market is super close and serves amazing, authentic Latin American food and drinks, and we loved trying Chuku's for fantastic Nigerian tapas and Aunties restaurants. Plus, Little Turkey around Wood Green - the home of London's best Turkish restaurants, is just a short bus ride away. For quick errands, Tottenham Hale Retail Park handles all the basics, and the Walthamstow Wetlands are on your doorstep for fresh air and beautiful nature, lakes and rivers. Transport is unbeatable: having the Victoria Line and National Rail seconds away makes getting anywhere in London completely effortless. The immediate area is pedestrian friendly, clean, and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been fast, professional, and reliable whenever an issue has come up and made and effort to help us to find the place.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to note at them moment everything we need to know was explained well when we arrived. The concierge was great when we had a few questions about the apartment and how to use things

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is probably one of the best things about it, especially being so close to Tottenham Hale station – it’s basically on your doorstep! The Victoria line and National Rail services make it really quick and easy to get into central London, Stratford and towards Stansted Airport, plus there are plenty of buses nearby too. There’s a good selection of shops and supermarkets within walking distance, and more cafés and restaurants have been opening around Tottenham Hale which is nice. I also really like having the wetlands and green spaces so close by, as it gives you a nice break from the city without having to travel far. Another thing I’ve really appreciated is how safe I feel in the area. As a woman, this is something that’s important to me, especially when coming home later in the evening. The surroundings are well lit and there are usually people around because of the station and nearby developments, so I’ve personally felt comfortable walking around and coming home on my own. The area around Ferry Island feels modern and well looked after. It can get a little busy around the station and main roads at peak times, but that’s understandable considering how convenient the transport links are. Overall, everything I need is close by, I feel comfortable in the area and it feels like Tottenham Hale is only continuing to get better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been really quick and helpful with everything. Any questions or issues I’ve raised have been dealt with efficiently, and the staff are always approachable and happy to help. I genuinely don’t have anything negative to say about the building management so far!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there isn’t much I wish I had known beforehand as everything was explained really well from the beginning. The only thing I’d mention is to plan ahead if you have a car, as parking in the area can be limited. I was already aware of this, and the staff were really helpful in recommending nearby parking options.

    Sept 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing. So many fantastic shops, restaurants and bars in close proximity. Local people were very helpful with directions and advise. We ventured out to the superb stadium just down the road, home to Tottenham Hotspur’s.. During our stay we ventured out to a few of the local bars Mother Kelly’s and The Beehive to name a few. Great service and food. On the Sunday we travelled by train in to Oxford St for a bit of shopping and lunch 15 minutes by train each way and less than one minute a walk we was back in the apartments. Connections to everywhere and so convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff were extremely efficient in responding and resolutions. Communication was great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Commuting is very easy and with the connections to major station on a few minutes away I don’t see myself needing a car. The station with underground and overground trains is less than a minute’s walk away . The community is relatively new and developing, it feels safe and secure when you are walking around near the apartments,

    Manager's response
