Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have been living here for 5 years now, signed up for another one, so is clear that we do love this building :) The location is impecable. Since grainger took the building, things have improved considerably and I think we have to thank Hag for that. He is always there to fix whatever needs to be fixing, always a nice welcome and pleasant. Thanks!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all of them and also to the changes I wanted to make in the apartment, impecable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We did have a moth issue for a while but has been now controlled thanks to Hag and his efforts to improve the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I lived at Pin Yard for around 2.5 years and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent and extremely convenient. I only moved out because I wanted to move into a house with a garden. The development is around a 7-minute walk from the train station, which is particularly convenient if you do not have a car or need to travel to different locations. The city centre and main shopping areas are approximately 15–20 minutes away on foot, Crown Point is around 10 minutes away, and Costco is approximately 15 minutes away. There is also a Tesco Express just a 4-minute walk away, which is very convenient for late-night or everyday shopping. Bin collections were never an issue for us, and we experienced very little traffic or noise pollution. Overall, the area felt safe, secure and well connected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Pin Yard management team has been very helpful whenever we raised an issue. Grace, Chloe and Jessica were particularly supportive and always tried to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Most issues were dealt with promptly, while anything requiring a handyman was generally resolved within one or two days. The Pin Yard team consistently went above and beyond to help residents and supported us whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we were very happy with the level of service and responsiveness from the management team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing significant that I wish I had known before moving in, as our overall experience was very positive. The property is relatively expensive, but considering the excellent location, security, facilities and convenience of being close to the city centre, I felt the cost was reasonable. I would recommend Pin Yard to anyone looking for a secure and convenient place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super close to the Tesco express which is ideal if you need to pick up a few things! 10 min walk maximum from the city centre and train station which is so convenient! Parking is available in a secure underground parking lot for a reasonable price - also on street parking which is free on a Sunday! Such a quiet street so never any traffic stress, bins are collected regularly and there is a huge bin facility downstairs, no anti social behaviour and no noise from traffic or construction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My sofa broke and was replaced within a couple of days - reception and maintenance couldn’t have been any more helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats are warm! So if you are moving in summer bring a fan (ideal for winter though!)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it is all amazing , the social life is excellent , excellent the staff especially chloe is phenomenal would highly reccomend this living space to anyone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve been really impressed with how responsive and helpful the building management team have been whenever I’ve raised a problem or issue. Communication has always been clear and professional, and they make a genuine effort to address things quickly rather than letting them drag on. It’s reassuring to know that when something does come up, there is a team that listens, takes concerns seriously and works to get things resolved. Overall, the management has made my experience of living here feel well supported and hassle-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is just how much the community atmosphere would become part of the experience. It’s more than simply having a nice flat, having friendly staff, approachable management and a welcoming environment makes a real difference to how much you enjoy living here
