5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is generally convenient, with a good range of shops, restaurants and everyday amenities nearby. There are also open spaces within easy reach, which is useful for relaxing and walking. Transport links are reasonably accessible, although services can become busy during peak times. Parking can sometimes be difficult, particularly in the evenings, and traffic noise can be noticeable. Overall, it is a pleasant and convenient area to live in, with a good balance of amenities and accessibility.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have done absolutely amazing with every situation I’ve been in so helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the parking situation, and how quickly maintenance issues are resolved before moving in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities within easy reach. Transport links are also very good, making it easy to get around Manchester. The surrounding area feels modern and well maintained, and I have generally found it pleasant and safe to live here. Like most central locations, it can occasionally get busy, but overall the convenience of the area easily outweighs this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I have needed assistance, the building team, Ngosi & Ryan have been approachable, responsive and willing to help. The reception and security staff in particular are always available and make a genuine effort to resolve queries or point residents in the right direction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would probably have liked to know beforehand just how helpful the on-site team would be. Having a good reception and security presence makes much more of a difference to day-to-day living than you might appreciate during an initial viewing. The location is also extremely convenient once you actually start living here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being close to the city is perfect for working professionals. You are within walking distance of everything Cardiff has to offer. Parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a space, which isn't Gramercy's fault but can be challenging unless you are well off.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They answered swiftly and made us feel supported with everything we needed!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is the only issue we struggled with and again it is not Gramercy Tower's fault nor responsibility. But we could only afford to live here if we had free parking so it became a bit of a battle to find free spaces in the city. This is only going to get harder with the areas free parking changing from free after 6pm to free after 10pm. I would recommend budgeting for a parking space if you are going to live here.
