4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Centrally located with a bus service outside the building that takes you into the city centre within a few minutes, where there are two train stations from which you have access to anywhere in the country. There is also a coach station nearby that will take you directly to Birmingham, Heathrow and Gatwick airports. While there are 2 corner shops in the area, needs a supermarket. It desperately needs visitor parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Requests are dealt with in a timely manner, especially by the Property Manager.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can't think of anything at present. I really enjoyed living at Hairpin.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with super friendly staff, security 24/7 which makes it feel safe at all times. Shout out to Holly in the team who is so helpful and welcoming and answers all questions we have regarding our tenancy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always managed to reach a solution with any of our problems but there hasn’t been many issues so far as it is well organised team and company
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It can be sometimes loud at weekends at night when surrounding bars are playing music but being on higher floors makes it not as bad. This is only really an issue when windows are open but once closed you can’t really hear the noise. I guess living in a very busy and social area there is bound to be noise

Lots of nice shops and restaurants within a short walk. Really close to Victoria station and tram stops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance requests have been handled really quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building has good access to so many good shops and restaurants, the arndale being so close is really handy.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are many positives living in this area. I find the main benefit is how everything is within walking distance. This is super helpful for someone without a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As of yet we have not had any reason to contact the maintenance team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I I was unaware of the discounts and perks you get for living in swan street such as discounts at Ramona.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is so much to do in the area - bars, cafes, gyms and markets. It is a very vibrant area full of young people.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes when we raise a ticket on the app it is seen to and resolved within a matter of days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Windows don’t open fully which is a problem in the summer especially with the hot heat waves. The flags get super hot and only being able to open the windows a tiny bit, with no AC, it is unbearable.
Manager's response5Hi Glesni, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with the team and that maintenance requests and general queries are being handled promptly. Ruby and Holly will be especially pleased to hear your kind words, and we’ll be sure to pass your compliments on to them. It’s also wonderful to know that you enjoy the vibrant local area and the range of amenities, including the cafes, bars, gyms, and markets nearby. We appreciate your feedback regarding the window openings and the challenges this can present during periods of hot weather. Comments like yours are valuable and help us better understand residents’ experiences. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of our community.
