Snow Hill Station is right opposite the building. I have not experienced any anti social behaviour. Quiet apartment,

There are no pending issues with all equipments working well

I was not aware of the bin stores but I was guided by the kind staff.

I really like the location as everything is quite close by. There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafés around, and the city centre and New Street Station are within walking distance. The area can get a little busy at times, but overall it is very convenient for everyday life. Moses was also really helpful on my first night, helping me collect my bedding so I could get settled in and have a good night’s sleep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has responded quickly and professionally whenever I have raised an issue. They are easy to contact and have been helpful in resolving any problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about all the facilities and services available in the building before moving in. There are many useful communal spaces and facilities, so it is worth taking some time to explore everything after you arrive.

There are lovely shops and restaurants around, and it’s a lovely location as it is close to the city centre so convenient for walking

Yes very quickly! Eve is very lovely and helpful and handled any issues I had straight away and was very friendly and made us feel comfortable straight away

The location of this place couldn’t be better. Its in the Jewellery Quarter but as its right on the edge the city centre is also at your door within 5 minutes. The JQ has everything you need, food spots are amazing, bars are great, and the small businesses such as barbers are great. It’s a very premium and safe feeling place.

Any issue i’ve raised has been responded to quickly

Jewellery Quarter parking permits aren’t available so have a look around for parking.
