Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a nice place with good amenities and multicultural neighbourhood. However, the downside is that it's quite expensive and the yearly rent increment is discouraging. But then, good things don't come cheap!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly, most times. Any issues or problems raised are attended to, almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I know that the rent increases yearly... That was my first shock as a tenant... The increment should be 2years at least and shouldn't be more than £50 every 2years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a nice quiet area with friendly and respectful neighbours. No experience of anti-social behaviour so far. Local services like post and bin collections are good. The area feels safe to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Previously, establishing communication with the property liaison to discuss building issues was challenging, with notable delays across both email and telephone correspondence. However, this matter has since been resolved, as reaching them has become significantly more accessible and efficient in recent weeks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While the kitchen remains entirely functional, the layout makes it difficult to isolate cooking activity from the rest of the living space. The open-plan configuration initially seemed suitable, but it has proven less practical during full meal preparation. In an ideal scenario, particularly for someone who enjoys cooking frequently, a less open layout would be more suitable. Nevertheless, the property is situated in a good area to live in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My family loved living here. Sadly it was just a stop gap, whilst we moved abroad. This place will hold a special place in our heart. Our kids loved it. The park on site is great. Mark and Darren were wonderful. They're so happy and positive. They knew so much about the development and houses. Mark was very thorough with our Pco and checkout process which ensured we got our full deposit back. You have 2 spaces for your parking. The house is great. If we ever come back. We'd love to live here. Placefirst really care about the development. It's technically next to a building site but you can always see Mark and Darren walking around making it look nice. No issues with repairs. Lots of shops and the locals are lovely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues, any questions Mark and Darren were really quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much our kid loved it as well as us. I would have moved sooner.

    Manager's response

Hi Thomas, Thanks so much for such a lovely & kind review. We're really glad to hear that Mark & Darren looked after you so well, especially getting you settled in and that you had no issues. It's great to hear your family loved living here and enjoyed being part of the Lunts Heath community. We'll be sure to pass your thanks on to Mark & Darren, and thanks again for such a wonderful review. We wish you the best.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located in a convenient area close to Stourbridge, pretty quiet too being tucked away from the main road. Parking is great with designated spaces for tenants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very fast and reassured the problem would be fixed ASAP

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing in particular that we could think of.

    Manager's response

Thank you for the great feedback! We're really pleased to hear how well Alicia has settled into the role, and that the building and communal areas are being well looked after. Glad to hear the location and parking are working well for you too, and that any issues have been dealt with quickly. Thanks again for recommending us!
