4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is fantastic — there's a great variety of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby, plus IKEA is easily accessible and the area has some wonderful museums. Transport links are convenient and the neighbourhood has a lovely feel to it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues were eventually resolved, and the quality of the work was good even if response times were slow. However, no compensation was offered for the noise and disruption caused by the nearby construction, which was disappointing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The construction nearby started shortly after I moved in, which brought significant noise — worth checking the surrounding area for any planned developments before signing

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Greenwich is simply lovely. The building is barely a 5-minute walk from Cutty Sark, Greenwich Market, and Greenwich Park, giving you the perfect mix of a lively atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. The building is also very well connected, with Cutty Sark DLR just a short walk away, while Greenwich Station provides direct trains into central London in around 20 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had a few minor issues with our appliances, but the team has been very prompt in handling them and arranging maintenance to come in and fix everything quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building has a designated smoking area in its outdoor terrace. I’m not a smoker but my husband was definitely happy to learn this once we moved in!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good range of shops/transport links. Don’t drive here so no need for a car parking space. Best thing is the neighbours
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Tyrone is always here very efficiently. Concerns are always taken seriously and acted on quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Plans of works etc within the next 1/2/3 years. Can get quite loud, but that’s London

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient and generally pleasant to live in. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby, and public transport connections are good, making it easy to travel around London. The area is also relatively quiet, and there are some nice open spaces nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is generally helpful, but the maintenance response can be quite slow. Repairs sometimes take a long time to arrange and complete, so I think the maintenance service could be more efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that some maintenance issues can take quite a long time to resolve. The rent is also relatively high, and some of the appliances provided in the flat are not particularly user-friendly. Apart from these points, the development is generally comfortable and convenient to live in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Greenwich is an amazing area to live in - with close transport links including both Cutty Sark and Greenwich station only a 7 minute walk away, getting into central London is quick and easy. Cutty Sark is a lovely area, bustling with locals and tourists alike, and there is plenty of history to experience in the area - including the Old Royal Naval College, Queen's House, Maritime Museum, Painted Hall, Greenwich Market, Royal Observatory just to name a few. Some local favourite pubs including the newly opened 'The Ship', to the historic Trafalgar Tavern and Cutty Sark Pub are closeby and can't be missed. The area is safe and feels very family friendly, open to all and green with plenty of open spaces and parks!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If any issues have arose, for example our fridge broke down, a new one was ready and installed within 24 hours - incredibly fast and efficient and taken seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amazing sense of community and activities that are always on here - organised by the fabulous crew!
