A warm welcome awaits as you enter the access-controlled gates and manicured grounds of Outeniqua. After parking in your extra length double garage, or parking bay, with a private storeroom, you follow a gently rising path past a lush, landscaped garden, arriving at the penthouse that occupies the entire top floor.

Inside, Oggie oak flooring stretches beneath your feet, its natural warmth elevated by sunshine pouring in through overhead skylights. To the right, an elegant kitchen is finished with stone countertops and splashbacks, complemented by soft-close drawers, an integrated oven and gas hob, and provision for appliances and laundry.
