Best experience - highly recommend!

The Quarters, Swiss Cottage is by far the best place you can stay in London short or long term. Luckily I found the building when I first moved to London and the building feels just like home. Having a tube station across the street that’s very well connected, central air conditioning/ heat, laundry facilitates, maintenance, 24/7 doorman, and a well equipped gym made my time in London so easy. The rooms are also incredibly clean. There’s nowhere else I’d rather live and I recommend it to anyone for a long term or a short term stay. The staff genuinely cares about the tenants especially Selna, Saranaa, Katie, Mitch, and the doormen. Truly everyone is so kind and goes out of their way to be helpful.

The building management and property team are exceptional, especially the ladies at the reception, Saranaa, Selna and Katie. They are always professional, warm, and sweet. Communication is always seamless, and their response times are remarkably fast with emails and whatsapp. On a personal note, chatting with them brightens my day. More importantly, whenever I needed urgent help, like when I was missing kitchenware or hoping to adjust the lease date, they efficiently resolved everything for me. The facilities and design feel incredibly secure because the entire building has 24/7 security. The security guards on duty, Mathew, Solomon and Mitch, are wonderful, polite, and deeply caring. Once, during a casual chat, I mentioned that my room felt a bit chilly. They immediately and proactively provided me with a heater, which worked perfectly! Afterward, whenever they saw me, they would genuinely follow up and ask about my room temperature and if I was comfortable. Beyond the excellent facilities and premier location, the incredible people working here are truly the main reason I chose to renew my lease.

Home away from home

HOME AWAY FROM HOME I stayed at The Quarters for five weeks and honestly didn’t feel like I was in a hotel apartment — it felt like home. The place was spotless, with everything you could need: laundry facilities, a gym, and a little kitchenette in the room. There was also plenty of storage space for clothes, which made a long stay so easy. The room itself was spacious, modern, and had a genuinely comfortable bed. What really made the stay special was the staff. Katie and Saranaa on reception were warm and accommodating from day one. Mr. Mathew on night security was wonderful, and Mr. Mitchell in maintenance was always quick to help. The cleaning team — a young man and a couple of lovely ladies whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch — kept everything absolutely spotless throughout my stay. Should I find myself back in London, this will be my first and only choice of accommodation. Highly recommended! Irina Aljamili , Kuwait

Overall, it was such a great place to stay at the Quarters.

The noise coming from the underground train should be checked out since I had that noise problem. The management team tried to solve this issue but the problem continue due to the train nosie. And other gym facilities are amazing and overall I like staying at the Quarters

5 star best place in the area for an Apart-Hotel

Yes very clean and efficient. Good looking flats from the outside and inside. Clean and modern. Amenities Including the gym were very useful. The bin area, whilst a bit smelly, were convenient. Sun was peering in most of the day from my rear room. No smoking policy was helpful
