Description
*MORE PHOTOS COMING*
Many of us dream about living in the country, near a village, away from the crowds, and if we can have a beautiful, ever changing view as well, what a bonus.
Well, here is a chance to do so. This fully furnished apartment is ideally suited to someone with modest belongings and an appreciation of clean living and natures best landscapes.
Available for a long term tenancy.
Bradfield village is well situated for major local towns of Ipswich, Colchester, and seaside towns of Harwich, Clacton, Walton and Frinton. It is excellent for commuting. London is 55 minutes from Manningtree station, or 75 minutes from Mistley station, which is slightly nearer to Bradfield.
Manningtree station is just 15 minutes drive.
The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom with ensuite shower room and a kitchen. Not only that, but the decoration and styling has been carried out to some of the highest specifications you will see in a rental property.
It overlooks one of the most popular places in the south east for coastal walks, which is also part of the well known Essex Way, a very popular path for avid walkers, bird watchers, and those who appreciate getting close to nature.
The living room is approximately 11 ft square. Light coloured, with new carpet, and a window view across the field to the estuary.
The bedroom is about 11ft by 11ft, with an ensuite shower room, all decorated with light colours, and contemporary styling. Unusually, and very stylishly, the window has a roman blind as opposed to venetian blinds or traditional curtains. This room also looks across the field to the estuary.
The ensuite shower is decorated to a very high standard and the shower is larger than average, just helping add a sense of quality to the whole experience.
The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, and is approximately 11ft by 6ft. It has a Neff combined fan assisted oven/microwave and a ceramic, electric hob. There is also a built in fridge.
The parking space is off the road alongside the house.
For simplicity, the utility and council tax bills are paid on your behalf by the owner. These are broken down into straightforward monthly payments, so you always know how much you will be paying. They have been carefully calculated to ensure they are a fair estimate of usage, with neither the landlord or the tenant losing out.
What you do have is an easy life as far as budget management goes.
The view from the living room and bedroom is open and far-reaching. The windows open fully and allow you to enjoy the fields, the estuary and a long, long, horizon. If you catch the right times of day during the different seasons, you could see fiery sunsets from the front of the house, and from your windows, pink sunrises, open fields, sailing boats on the estuary, wild flowers, and a mix of birds and butterflies. You may even get to know "Fez", the surprisingly loyal pheasant!
And within 5 minutes of leaving the apartment on foot, you are walking along "Bradfield Beach". It even has some golden sand (and seaweed!) and you can walk along the estuary for a number of miles, if you have the stamina!
Bradfield is a village of approximately 2,000 population about 12 miles from Colchester or Ipswich and 3 miles from Manningtree. which is a key station for London commuters. The rural bus service to Colchester is frequent and reliable. The A12 is about 15 minutes drive.
Bradfield has a well-stocked shop, open long hours, with a post office, which is not under threat of closure. There are 2 pubs, both serving a wide range of meals. A community centre hosts a lot of different activities and there is a passionate community spirit, symbolised in the monthly local magazine.
So come and find out if this 1 bedroom apartment is as nice as it sounds.
