Description

This home is brought to you you by Brighton and Hove's prime residential specialist Claudia Romano. Check out @claudiaromanopoperty on instagram for additional details on this property.

The property has a wonderfully practical layout, with the accommodation arranged on one level and offering excellent scope for both family life and entertaining. At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a sociable space with a natural connection to the garden. There is also a separate reception room, centred around a wood-burning stove, providing a cosy and welcoming room away from the main living space.

There are four bedrooms, offering considerable flexibility for a growing family, guests or those requiring home-working space. A family bathroom and separate WC complete the accommodation.

One of the property's real highlights is the large east-facing rear garden. Generous proportions provide plenty of space for entertaining, children to play, gardening or simply enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine. The front of the property is equally appealing, approached via a private garden which gives the house a pleasant sense of privacy and separation from the road. Worthy of mention is the scope to extend this home both on ground and create an upper level subject to necessary planning consents.

Reynolds Road is a popular residential road in Hove, offering the best of a peaceful neighbourhood while remaining conveniently positioned for the amenities and attractions of the surrounding area. The property is well placed for access to local shops, cafés and everyday conveniences, while the wider amenities of Hove and Brighton are within easy reach.

The nearby seafront and beaches provide an excellent setting for walks, running and cycling, whilst Hove's vibrant café and restaurant scene offers plenty of choice for weekends and evenings. There are also a number of well-regarded schools and recreational facilities within the wider area.

For commuters, Hove and Portslade railway stations provide regular services towards Brighton, London and destinations along the south coast, while local bus routes offer convenient connections throughout Hove and Brighton.

What the owner says...

We have loved living in this property for over 20 years, and will miss it dearly, the children have grown up in this bungalow enjoying the space, the room sizes, the garden and the neighbourhood. It's a fabulous street, with super neighbours, in easy reach of the quaint Richardson Road with it's independent shops and coffee shop, yet also handy for the busier Portland Road. A selection of good schools, buses, doctors, pharmacies, gyms, parks, and the seafront are all within convenient walking distance. The property is cosy, yet spacious, private and safe. We have always loved the uniqueness of the property, but now it's time for us to move on and someone else to make it their own....

In short, this home combines the rarity of a detached bungalow with four bedrooms, a substantial east-facing garden and flexible living accommodation, making this a particularly interesting home in a well-established Hove location.

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary? It's that little bit extra.
