Owners Notes,

"As parents of two children this has been the perfect family home for us. The property is not overlooked from any angle so every room is bright, and with the south facing living room opposite greenery you feel like you are living in a treehouse. When you do want to stretch your legs, Wells Park is 5 minutes away and a complete hidden gem, with a coffee from Snuffle on the way. The flat is perfectly situated for all the best bits of Forest Hill, Sydenham and Crystal Palace, and it’s an easy walk to trains to London Bridge and Victoria, plus the London Overground. Also, the storage is amazing, including an ample shed on the ground floor for bikes and buggies. The ‘cloffice’ we have made upstairs also works really well for when we need to work from home. Our neighbours are wonderful and a real community - everyone looks out for each other. We will miss living in this wonderful home."
