We can arrange Decorating, gardening, house clearance to a full refurbishment Handyman charged out at minimum rate, no job is too small. We will take over any problem tenants that you currently have. BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS - We offer a rent or buy service that will include us marketing your property 'For Sale' and 'To Let'. You will only be charged for the one that we achieve the first. You will have your own dedicated account manager who will deal with all the sales and rentals. We will even give you trade prices on our sales fees.

Any agent can advertise and get you a tenant but what happens when things go wrong and the tenant doesn't pay? We treat your property like our own and we will deal with the situation.
