Planning permission was granted by Fife Council on 13 March 2025 and allows for the construction on two dwelling houses, each offering accommodation over two levels, which in brief would comprise an open-plan kitchen/reception room, bedroom with en suite shower room and shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor would be two bedrooms served by a shower room. NB Part of the conditions associated with the planning permissions requires the demolition of two delipidated outbuildings and the construction of a new access road to access the proposed houses.
