The location of the apartment is very good. The surrounding area is very quiet and not noisy. There are also convenience stores nearby. However, the garbage room of an apartment has not been opened yet. Every time you throw garbage, you have to go to the parking lot, which is very inconvenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They will respond very positively every time. Solve the problem very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I hope the garbage disposal area on each floor will be built as soon as possible. The parcel store will be completed as soon as possible, so that I don't have to bother the front desk every time I pick up the express.

It's very near my routine and just next to a train station, local buses and the tram line. It's a short walk to the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Parcels are securely stored in the parcel room. Labeled for easy collection.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The parking space come additional to rent so we had to make some private arrangements

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Snow Hill station and other transport links are very close, which makes getting around easy. The city centre is also walkable. The area around Makers place is really convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve only just moved in, so I haven’t had any problems or issues to raise with the building management yet.

Overall, I’m happy with the building and the location.

Makers place has everything you need inside the building and just outside. Great selection of shops, quiet area, safe and good transport.

The management have been very good and helpful every step of the way

You can take a train to London just outside the building. The station is right outside which is very convenient

The area is really decent and also like that it’s not much of a walk from my uni and city centre. I haven’t come across any bad aspect tbh.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are the sweetest team and they respond as quickly as possible. Moses really helps out a lot.
