Term
The land is available from 15th October 2026 until the 30th September 2027.

Livestock
Available for mowing or sheep grazing (option for cattle grazing - maximum 10/head)

Grazing/Stocking
From 15th October 2026 until 31st March 2027 a maximum of 50 sheep can graze the land (40 head if larger crossbred ewes).
From 1st April 2027 until 6th July 2027 land must be shut out and kept for hay.
From 7th July 2027 until 15th August 2027 land must be harvested for hay.
From 1st September 2027 until 30th September 2027 land can be grazed normally.
