5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great experience living here at Corkfield. Feels homely and warm. I was a tad bit distressed with the recent break-ins, that were accidental , but otherwise all good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt service and resolution. Staff is responsive and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing bad. But management needs to be more mindful of the people entering premises as there have been quite a few break-ins recently.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is super convenient and pleasant to live in. Public transport links are right on your doorstep with nearby bus routes heading straight into the city centre and to the university. Having an Aldi just across the road makes grocery runs effortless, and Cannon Hill Park is close by for green open space. It is generally a safe, vibrant neighbourhood with minimal traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has always been extremely quick, responsive, and professional whenever an issue is raised. Alex in particular is fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and quick to follow up to ensure everything is resolved smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
make sure to take full advantage of the social spaces and resident events right from day one.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Alma is in a very convenient E1 location, with a great range of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby. Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Shoreditch are all within easy reach, and transport links are excellent with Aldgate East and Liverpool Street nearby. The area can be busy and lively, particularly at weekends, with some traffic and city noise, but this is generally manageable. Parking is limited, although this is expected for central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management always responded quickly and they were friendly and professional. They go the extra mile for you.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Actual storage space once you’ve moved your belongings in could be improved. Noise levels at different times when windows are open but when closed the windows are great for keeping noise out. Effectiveness of the heating and cooling systems could be improved.
