Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vicky Harvey showed us around the development and we were so happy with her knowledge of the development and the surroundings. The site is conveniently placed to a local pub, walkways through nature and only 10 minutes walk to local shops and the railway station. Whilst development continues, it’s never a problem with site traffic and noise at a minimum. Well lit apart from the newest sunflower close where lights are still to be switched on, the roads and pathways are in great condition and well thought through.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently through the app and follow up phone calls. Absolutely recommend on this aspect.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was so easy and well explained that there really isn’t anything I would change.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely lovely area. It’s quiet but so close to shops, train station, schools etc and bury is only a short drive away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and resolved with ease. V easy to use the app

I can’t think of anything! Def nothing bad and everything is good so far!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Even though there are no local convenience shops at the moment, there is a good bus connection to the city centre. The new development is surrounded by a nice park, and well kept front gardens. You can hear the noise of a highway in the distance, as well as of an ongoing construction, but not get disturbed by it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Directed me to correct actions, when for instance our street was not on the maps, encouraged me to talk to Google. Which I did successfully.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I really don’t know. We very quickly got acquainted with the house, the street, and the area, and are happy with what we discovered.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The living environment is very peaceful, quiet and pleasant, with a strong sense of privacy and security. The development is well maintained and there is very little unwanted activity or antisocial behaviour, so residents can enjoy a calm and comfortable atmosphere. In terms of convenience, the town centre, restaurants and supermarkets are only around five minutes away by car, while most places can also be reached within approximately 20 minutes on foot. Overall, I find the location extremely convenient, with good access to everyday amenities while still providing a quiet residential environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been very happy with how the building management has responded to any issues I have raised. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful, and most issues are dealt with efficiently. Communication is also very convenient and straightforward, with many things being handled digitally. Overall, I feel that the management team takes residents’ concerns seriously and does a good job of following up and resolving problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As a new immigrant, one thing I wish I had known before moving in was more information about how things work within the local community. For example, I was not familiar with how to arrange or switch utility providers for water, electricity and gas, or some of the other practical things that need to be set up when moving into a new home. It would be really helpful if the management team could provide new residents with a simple guide covering these essentials, especially for people who are new to the UK or the local area. I think this would make the moving-in process much easier and less stressful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love being so close to the shops and restaurants at Whiteley , curbridge is also very close and Botley and Hedge End are only a short car drive away . Parking for visitors is great , bin collections always done and very happy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been slow to answer emails and messages on the app . On the phone they are very efficient , polite , friendly and helpful .

About the fact that there isn’t an outside light for the garden even though the supply is there . Not huge but would be really helpful to have been done before I moved in
