Rental Program Agreement

Each villa is privately owned. An owner retains 8 or 9 weeks a year for their own use, and for the remainder of the year allow their property to be marketed as part of the Cap Maison Resort and Spa. Owners pay no management charges.

The management company is responsible for the costs of operation, including staffing, maintenance, upgrading of facilities, replacement of soft furnishings and linens , cleaning, security and gardening.

These costs are taken from the hotel's rental pool income, with the balance being split 50:50 between owners and the management company.
