A very pretty little house — and a pretty good excuse to settle in Lauzerte.
Nestled in a quiet street in the heart of the much-loved old village of Lauzerte, this pretty old stone house is full of character and offers the rather enviable combination of peace and quiet, open views and immediate proximity, just a few steps away, to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lively village atmosphere.
The house is structurally sound and perfectly habitable, having been a much-loved holiday home, but it would now benefit from some modernization and a light refresh. Nothing too dramatic—more of a pleasant project than a rescue mission.

Despite its wonderfully peaceful setting, the house is just a short walk from the center of Lauzerte, one of the most beautiful historic villages in the region, with its cafes, restaurants, shops, market, and lively summer atmosphere. The surrounding countryside offers endless opportunities for hiking and cycling, as well as exploring the villages and markets of the Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot departments.
Montauban is about 37 km away, Cahors is almost 38 km away and Toulouse is about 90 km away, with Toulouse-Blagnac airport also easily accessible by car.
This is a house with a sound structure, authentic period charm, and great potential, without the hassle of a major renovation.
