IMAGINE SATURDAY HERE
A relaxing start — Breakfast in the generous open-plan living space, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas all working naturally together.
No rush, no fuss — there’s something wonderfully easy about having everything you need on one level, with a layout that feels practical without compromising on space.
Head out for some fresh air — Jennett’s Park has a lovely community feel, with green spaces, open areas and local walking routes right on your doorstep.
A coffee close to home — wander over to Jays Corner for a coffee or something to eat, without needing to head into town.
Make the most of the location — when you fancy shopping, lunch or an afternoon out, Wokingham town centre or Bracknell town centre and The Lexicon are just a short drive away.
Back home — two allocated parking spaces mean coming home is simple, with somewhere convenient to leave the car ready for tomorrow.
The day slows down — settle into the living space, put something on the television and enjoy having a home that feels comfortable and easy to maintain.
Dinner for two or friends around the table — the open-plan layout keeps the kitchen connected to the living space, making entertaining feel relaxed rather than formal.
The best part? — you get the independence of a freehold home, the practicality of two parking spaces and the community feel of Jennett’s Park, all wrapped into a wonderfully manageable two-bedroom coach house.
THE OWNERS' INSIGHT
The high ceilings make the house feel really open, light and spacious. It was one of the things we loved about it from the moment we walked in.
It’s so quiet, particularly at night. There’s no road noise, and it’s lovely being able to come home and properly switch off.
We love the green surroundings. There are plenty of places to walk or run, we often go down to our allotments, and we can even cycle straight from the house to Swinley Forest.
Everything is so close by. We love being able to walk to Jays Corner for a coffee, having the Co-op so handy and The Lexicon just a short drive away.
We genuinely love living in Jennett’s Park. In fact, we’re looking for our next home here too, which probably says more about how much we enjoy the area than anything else.
WHY HARWOODS LOVE IT
It gets coach house living right. The layout is practical, spacious and incredibly easy to live with a wonderfully modern feel.
The open-plan living space is the heart of the home. Whether you're cooking dinner, having friends over or simply relaxing on the sofa, everyone can still feel connected.
Freehold makes a difference. There’s something particularly appealing about owning a freehold home and not have to worry about lease lengths, excessive service charges or ground rents.
Two parking spaces are a huge everyday advantage. There’s no worrying about where to park when you come home, and plenty of flexibility for visiting friends and family.
The storage has been well considered. From the hallway cupboards to the useful wardrobe space, there are plenty of places to keep the everyday essentials neatly tucked away.
The second bedroom adds flexibility. It works perfectly as a bedroom, but could just as easily become a home office, guest room or a space that changes with you over time.
And then there’s Jennett’s Park. It has that increasingly difficult-to-find combination of modern housing, green spaces, local amenities and a genuine community atmosphere. The area is home to Jennett’s Park CE Primary School and Community Centre, Co-Op, and Jays Corner Coffee Shop.
There’s plenty around you. Wokingham and Bracknell town centres give you an excellent choice of shopping, restaurants, cafés, cinema and leisure facilities when you want more.
It’s also a great place to step outside. Jennett’s Park offers green open spaces and walking routes, giving you somewhere to get some fresh air without having to get in the car with local walks take in Peacock Meadow, Tarmans Copse and Big Wood.
Ultimately, we love the lifestyle. It’s modern, practical and wonderfully manageable, with the independence of a freehold property, two parking spaces and a location that gives you the best of Jennett’s Park.
