We bought this property for it’s ideal location within a ten minute walk to both Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay. It also has easy access to A4232 and M4 for commuting. It was originally bought for our daughter to live in as she was working in the city centre and we felt it was a great area to live. The second bedroom was used for office space when working from home. We have been successfully renting the property to tenants for the last few years, however since our daughter has now permanently moved abroad we have decided to sell the property.
